The voco Hotel Chicago Downtown / Holiday Inn Chicago Wolf Point is looking for a luxury service oriented Bell Attendant to join the team. The Bell Attendant is responsible for but not limited to:

• Enthusiastically welcoming and greetinh all guests and offers assistance.
• Providing directions and knowledge of service and amenities to our guests and patrons.
• Escorting guests and delivering luggage upon arrival sharing knowledge of hotel features and amenities.
• Picking up luggage upon departure and confirming expectations were exceeded.
• Identifying all safety features in route to the room. Opening the guest room door and places guest luggage and personal items in the room, while showing room features to the guests.
• Storing and securing luggage and personal items of any registered guest requesting the service. Keeping accurate records and ensuring the storage area is organized and items can be easily identified and retrieved.
• Delivering and recording guest messages, packages, and dry cleaning.
• Assisting with rooms moves, special luggage deliveries and/or room pulls.
• Conducting inventory and re-stocks all necessary supplies for the position.

Opening in July 2022, in the heart of Wolf Point on the Chicago River, this newly renovated 521 room Holiday Inn Chicago Downtown is reimagined as a dual branded hotel, with the launch of the very first lifestyle hotel, the voco hotel in Chicago. The new voco Hotel Chicago will consist of 293 guest rooms and the Holiday Inn Chicago Downtown will consist of 228 guest rooms.
