Envision Unlimited is a large non-profit agency committed to providing services for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. We emphasize quality services that promote choice, independence, and community integration. Through the collaborative efforts of an interdisciplinary team, our members receive person-centered services aimed at improving the functionality and practical application of social, financial, and emotional skills. In addition, we work to build partnerships with our community to enrich the lives of our members by creating lasting opportunities that will strengthen relationships for a lifetime. Our programs include, but are not limited to, ABA Therapy for Children, Community Day Program, Community Living, Mental Health, Employment and Career Services, and Foster Care.

Part-time positions are available in the following areas:

• Northern Suburbs of Chicago (Morton Grove) (Monday-Friday 4pm-7pm, Saturdays 8am to 12pm)(Lincolnwood, IL)
• North Side of Chicago (Rogers Park, Little India/West Ridge)
• South Side of Chicago (Back of the Yards, Gage Park, Brighton Park, Midway)
• Western Suburbs (Maywood)
• South Suburbs (Posen, Palos Heights, Lansing, Frankfort, Chicago Heights)
• Oak Lawn (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings*, weekends)

Purpose: To provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients in their homes.
Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide ABA therapy in the client's home by implementing all programs developed by the BCBA's
• Implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
• Collect and record data during each session
• Must be willing to travel to multiple locations
• Must be able to work variable hours (evenings, weekends)
• Complete all mandatory training, including in the home training and online training
• Communicate with clinical team to ensure quality of service

EDUCATION, SKILLS, and/or EXPERIENCE Part-Time Positions

• Hard working, energetic, eager to learn, loves working with children, and positive
• Reliable transportation
• Registered Behavior Technicians and experienced Behavior Technicians highly preferred, but not required
