Family Therapy & Consultation Services (FTxCS) has been providing services to children and families since 2004. During this time, we have grown to become one of the largest agencies in the Tri-County Area. Our commitment to helping the children and families has afforded us a fantastic reputation. Currently, we are hiring full-time and part-time BSC's (Licensed/Master's) for our CBH Program in a school-based program in Southwest Philadelphia Area.

BSC Position (Licensed/Master's)

  • Benefits, weekly salary, paid vacation days, generous bonus, ability to make an substantial amount of supplemental income in addition to your weekly salary (full-time).
  • 30 clinical direct hours required per week (full-time).
  • No minimum of hours required for part-time position (part-time)
  • Must be flexible. Majority of the hours will be daytime in the school, but due to the program going year-around, some hours may have to be completed in the home.

Specific Description of Duties:

  • Provide direct strength-based services to address behavioral needs of children, youths and young adults and their parents or caregivers.
  • Identify behavioral needs of the child, youth or young adult and develop and implement comprehensive strength-based behavioral interventions as part of the individualized treatment plans.
  • Have ongoing communication and collaboration with all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as parents or caregivers and other providers as appropriate to provide continuity of care.
  • Execute timely documentation of client information including treatment plans, progress notes, etc.
  • Establishes a relationship of trust and respect with staff, clients, and parents.
  • Participate in required evidence-based trainings.
  • Attend supervision
  • Complete other tasks as requested by management team.

Requirements:

Licensed Behavioral Specialist Consultants must:

  • Be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania as a Behavioral Specialist

Master's Level Behavioral Specialist Consultants must meet one of the following:

  • Have a master's degree in ABA
  • Have a master's degree in psychology, ABA, social work, education, counseling or related field that includes a clinical or mental health service practicum and a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults
  • Have a master's degree in psychology, social work, education, counseling, or a related field and have completed a clinical or mental health services practicum

Other requirements

  • Ability to travel due to services being provided in homes, the communities and/or schools
  • Child Abuse, Criminal, CANS Assessment, and FBI Clearances
  • Ability to drive and travel to homes and/or community settings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
