Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor - Posting #25083

Salary Rate: 70,000.00

Position Summary:

Full-Time Clinical Supervisor position available immediately for our outpatient Behavioral Health Department in Lynwood. The Clinical Supervisor supervises mental health outpatient treatment at their site. This individual supervises the Mental Health Therapists in all phases of the therapists’ work, provides direct services to clients, and conducts groups, intakes, and assessments. The person in this position also supervises the support staff in the implementation of systems, and coordinates with the Behavioral Health Program Manager regarding administrative and clinical management procedures relating to clients. This position may be eligible for a monthly retention incentive.

• Master’s degree in the Social Science or Social Service field.
• Mental Health Professional; certification as minority Mental Health Specialist as prescribed by WAC, is preferred
• Must meet criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP). Licensed status is preferred (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW). If not licensed, must hold and maintain an active Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License (may be pending for up to 60 days if applied for within 7 days of being offered employment) or mental health Associate License (includes Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, and Clinical Social Worker).
• At least five (5) years’ experience in the field, with some administrative experience.
• At least five (5) years’ experience in the field, with some administrative experience.
• Licensed status preferred: (Washington State Department of Health LMHC, LMFT, and LICSW).
• Bilingual English/Spanish also preferred, but not required.
