FULL-TIME, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTRALIZED SCHEDULER OPPORTUNITY

ILWACO & RAYMOND, WASHINGTON

(SERVICING PACIFIC COUNTY AREA)

Current counties served are: Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Pacific, and Wahkiakum. Supplemental Information:
Hiring Range: $17.69- 24.04/HR ($36,804 - $50,000 annually) (DOE)

Who should apply?

• Someone with an Associate's Degree in Business Administrations or closely related field.
• At least two (2) years of experience in a clinic or office setting, that includes scheduling appointments and clerical support functions to a variety of individuals.
• Must be willing to travel to our Raymond and Ilwaco offices.
• Proficient with computer use and office applications (Microsoft Office products) commonly used or applied in this field/trade/position.

Some of what you will do:

• Will work a few days in Ilwaco and a few days in Raymond.
• Enter staff daily schedule into electronic health record via management of CIHS Schedule email inbox.
• Contact clients via phone or text to schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments for CIHS programs.
• Completes insurance eligibility verification via web portals and/or phone calls, including assistance with dually insured clients.
• Works with confidential information for purpose of data entry, scanning documents, scheduling, and customer service.
• Generates professional correspondence, reports, statements, meeting minutes, and forms from verbal and/or written instruction, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite software and general office equipment.
• Assists or provides back-up coverage for other CIHS Administrative positions.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
