We provide BCBA Clinicians with manageable caseloads and schedule flexibility. Additionally, we invest valuable resources to offer continual educational opportunities for both RBTs and BCBAs. Given the size of our company, our Clinicians are entrusted with not only managing cases, but also guiding the direction of ABA Comprehensive as a whole.

Our early intervention verbal behavior approach stands out, with cutting-edge programming fully aligned with the latest research in the teaching of language to children with autism.

The BCBA Clinician is responsible for:

- Modeling empathy to both families and staff.

- Promoting and modeling a willingness to learn and develop as a practitioner.

- Observing patterns of behavior that impact the organization as a whole.

- Structuring nurturing learning environments where children are happy, relaxed, and engaged.

- Fostering a workplace where coming to work is reinforcing for everyone involved.

- Working collaboratively as a team with families, supervisees, and supervisor(s).

- Developing appropriate treatment plans and monitoring their implementation by the RBT(s) assigned to work with the client.

- Provide direct service, on an as needed basis (such as covering for RBTs or alleviating gaps in services).

- Provide supervision, feedback, and individualized support to RBTs.

- Conduct parent trainings, as stated in the children’s treatment plans.

- Provide ongoing training to staff members.

- Manage staff schedules to maximize best clinical outcomes while preventing staff burnout.

- Provide supervision to students accruing fieldwork hours in accordance with BACB guidelines.

- Training / education opportunities and consultation with other BCBAs and clinicians.

- Conducting projects that align with ABA Comprehensive’s values and mission.

- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Have an active certification as a BCBA, in good standing with the board.

- Have an active license as a behavior analyst in good standing with the state of Texas.

- Have an active CPR/BLS card.

- Pass a criminal background check and all other required screenings specified to be a credential provider with insurers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
