Job description
Positive Reinforcement PLLC is seeking part-time independent BCBAs with potential for full-time in the future.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct therapy to clients as needed.
- Providing supervision of RBTs and BTs
- Pairing with clients and their families to create positive relationships
- Assessing clients using the VB-MAPP, Vineland, and social skills checklists
- Conducting Functional behavior assessments
- Designing treatment plans based on assessment results
- Implementing treatment plans directly with the client and family
- Conducting parent training regularly
- Analyzing and graphing data and making changes to interventions when necessary
