JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

This part-time role will be an exciting challenge with a variety of responsibilities. The Intentional Guest Experience will be world-class, and our Crew Members must be energetic, professional, and fun! Every day will be different; whether you are greeting guests, helping in study hall, or coaching any number of sports.

Essential Functions

• Hospitality: greeting guests, answering phone calls and emails, check-in/registration, guidance and education about our brand-new facility.
• Assisting in training sessions, classes, or special events.

4. Ability to learn and become comfortable with technology, from operating software to equipment and hardware which will be integral to our facility.

5. Must be comfortable and skillful in dealing with all ages. We provide a fun and rewarding experience for everyone!

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

· Current CPR/AED certification.

· High School Diploma or equivalent. If still in high school, recommendations may be requested.

· Previous experience coaching and playing sports is required.

Work Environment

This job operates in a sports facility environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc. The employee will also learn to be proficient utilizing facility equipment and sports training gear.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is an active role, where the employee will be expected to do all activities associated with managing a sports training facility, to include such movements as standing, walking stairs, lifting and moving objects, and other unpredictable physical movements.
