The bartender maximizes guest service and satisfaction by ensuring that the Fox & Hound/Bailey's standards are confirmed at all time. Individuals must have strong bar and food menu knowledge to be able to sell to guests and answer guest questions. The individual must present a professional appearance and engage guests with a polite manner. Bartenders should be able to anticipate the guest needs and should greet each guest promptly making all guests feel important all while having fun and increasing sales. Applicants should have extensive knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and properly handle cash and credit card transactions. Applicants should be high-energy, enthusiastic individuals who have a strong sense of urgency, positive attitude and strong people skills. Previous bartending experience is highly preferred. Bartenders must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements.
