Overall Role
Unravel Aspen is seeking a strong Team Lead Barista to join our team! The Team Lead Barista will report to the Unravel Store Manager and fulfill all aspects of the coffee bar in accordance and support with the vision + mission of Unravel. The Team Lead Barista will help support the Manager and assist in promoting coffee consumption by educating customers and employees; selling coffee, coffee grinding & brewing equipment, coffee/tea accessories & supplies; in addition to preparing and serving a variety of coffee/tea drinks, along with pastries and menu items.

What You’ll Do:
You are a team leader and model Barista having exceptional coffee bar skills, customer service skills, and enthusiasm to share knowledge to teach others.

You are a strong side kick and love supporting the store manager by providing customers with excellent quality products and fast friendly service.

You thrive to educate your teammates how to ensure exceptional customer service, coffee education, and operational excellence in performance.

You are eager to learn how to keep equipment operational by following operating instructions, troubleshooting, breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance, and calling for repairs as needed.

You assist in managing the finances with scheduling and expense controls

Assist in event planning for any onsite events

You enjoy providing excellent customer service by preparing and serving food and beverages for guests, answering questions, and making product recommendations.

Competitive compensation, consisting of an hourly rate beginning rate of ($25).
