Responsibilities:
- To assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the bar.
- To maintain 'mise-en-place' of all glasses, drinks, ice, fruit, etc.
- To collect stock from storeroom according to procedures.
- To assist in completing stock checks and inventories.
- To maintain equipment in good working order by using correctly.
- To continusly clean the bar and the other service areas.
- To assist bartenders and other service associates in servicing the guest, as requested, during busy times.
- Able to handle difficult situations effectively
- Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure
- Technical beverage knowledge and expertise
- Guest-focused personality
- Good physical health
- Self-starting individual
- Has a cool, organized disposition
- Honest
