Job Requirements Include –

Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
Flexible schedule with ability to work nights and weekends is required

Job Responsibilities Include –

Responsible for consistently providing restaurant guests with friendly and professional service, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
Executing proper steps of service required of all FOH service positions
Responsible for the complete sales and service of food and beverage
Coordination with table pacing and section maintenance in conjunction with support personnel
Anticipating guest needs
Knowledge and understanding of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
Complete knowledge of all Henrietta Red menus
Process cash, credit, and gift card transactions
Responsible for set-up, service, and breakdown of private events
Could be responsible for opening, closing, and running side work throughout shift, including polishing glassware and flatware
