Job Summary:
Banquet Facility H/H (T) assist in the setup, breakdown, and activities during events at our parks and resorts. This team ensures rooms, chairs, tables etc. are set to the Guest's requests. They will also assist in moving kitchen equipment should the function call for this. They may be transporting these items across property as needed.
Banquet Facility H/H (T) Cast Members receive a starting rate of $7.98/hour.
Responsibilities:
- The Banquet Houseperson is responsible for servicing our many Theme Parks and Resort Banquet areas for scheduled groups and organized events.
- These Cast Members will assist with banquet dining set-up and tear-down, as well as servicing and refreshing banquet areas during event breaks. Cast Members must be able to assist in moving and transporting equipment such as grills and fryers, as well as be able to drive company vehicles and operate lift gates, forklifts, and other equipment necessary to the role.
- A Banquet Houseperson must be positive, helpful, and efficient to handle this fast-paced and time-sensitive environment and to give Disney quality service to our Guests.
Basic Qualifications:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Heavy lifting and working with chemicals are required.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to use 2-way radio.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual preferred.
- Six (6) months of previous banquet or catering experience.
Additional Information!:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
