Dentons is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Group. The successful candidate will work with one of the premier Restructuring practices in the World on interesting and sophisticated matters from commencement to final resolution. The ideal candidate will be experienced with handling restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, intelligent, hardworking, an excellent writer, thoughtful, driven, and personable. Judicial clerkship experience is not required, but a plus. The position will include a mix of in-office and remote work depending on case and workload demands.

Recommended credentials include the following:

• 1-5 years of Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy experience
• Experience as a Bankruptcy judicial clerkship is a plus but not required
• The position will be based in Louisville, KY or Portland, ME
• Excellent academic credentials
• Excellent writing, analytical and communication skills
• Commitment to team work and excellent client service
• Ideally licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky or State of Maine, but must be licensed in some jurisdiction

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
