BREAD LINE ASSOCIATE
Zaro's Family Bakery currently has opportunities on our Pastry, Cake and Bread lines in our Elmsford NY production facility. Shift is Tuesday - Friday 8am-6pm
Experience is not necessary, we will train the right individual however some familiarity with food handling is preferred and prior production bakery experience is a big plus!
Job Duties:
Produce and package Pastries, Cakes and Breads in accordance with Zaro’s specifications

- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions including any qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance
- Ability to perform job functions in hot and/or cold environment
- Ability to stand and work for 10 or more hours at a time
- Incumbent may be required to squat, reach, bend, pull, push, or be otherwise physically engaged in the course of their shift
General Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Ability to read English
- Keep work area clean and ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Work with a sense of urgency
