Wetzel's Pretzels is looking to hire fun and outgoing individuals that help build positive sales through excellent customer service! We are searching for team-oriented individuals who are excited to work in a fast paced environment. Great hours, no early mornings or late nights. Store hours 11-7pm weekdays and 11-8pm weekends, Sundays 11-6.

We are looking for full time and part time positions. Full time typically working from 9:30am to 6pm or mid-close shift from 11-7:30 with weekend availability. We are also looking for part time positions typically working weekdays after 3:30pm to close and full shifts on the weekends.

Responsibilities Include:

• Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction - Hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience.
• Adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest.

Maintain a clean and neat workstation:

• Complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed. Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.

Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives. Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures. Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security. Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies.
