BSO Agent - Baggage Service Office Agent for American Airlines at the Tucson International Airport. This is a cross trained position with the passenger wheelchair assist position

Passenger wheelchair position $11.00/hr plus TIPS!

Baggage Service Office-$13.65/hour PLUS raises after American Airlines training completed and based off performance.

No experience necessary! Paid training!!

We DO NOT offer flight benefits!

Hiring for Day shift-Weekends are required

Full time and Part time available

Job Duties-

• Handle passenger luggage accordingly to be able to keep passengers satisfied per any inconveniences to the customer.
• Communicate effectively with passengers who may be frustrated due to any circumstances
• Open/Close files accordingly based off passenger needs.
• File paperwork accordingly to keep security sensitive material up to date
• Ensuring each and every passenger is satisfied after leaving the office
• Assisting passengers throughout the airport in a wheelchair.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist passengers with their luggage
• Help passengers to get on the plane and off the plane and in and out of the wheelchair, safely.

Job Requirements-

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable
• Hard-working
• Team Player
• Able to pass a 10-year background check
• Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport badge
• Must be able to pass random drug screenings
• No experience necessary! Paid training!
