Position includes caring for a young boy. This position is currently staffed but mom is looking for someone to be a backup provider when the current provider is unable to work.

Hours/Desired Schedule:

• Every other week, Monday-Friday, 2:30-5:00 pm
• Approx. 12.5 hours/week
• Occasional weekend, Hours to change in the summer (fuller days)

Location: Your home/Community-Mom would like the backup provider to live in Chippewa Falls

Pay: $17.00/hour

The Member Enjoys:

• PLAY (He likes baseball, swimming, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Patient & Thoughtful in Speech and communication
• He is very energetic and would do best with someone who can give him focused attention

Requirements*:

• Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

*Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
