Number of openings: 1 Full Time, Year Round
Location: Old Station Plant
Working Shift: Night Shift
Hours & Work Days: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm, Monday - Friday; May vary depending on production.
Summary:
This position will work on the production line and be pulled from their position on nights when a backup receptionist is needed.
Duties:
- Will greet the people who come to the Production Office.
- Will answer all incoming calls.
- Monitor the supply room and order supplies when needed.
- Will be responsible for Fed Ex shipping as needed for Production, Procurement, & QC Departments.
- Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the Plant Manager.

- Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Must have computer skills in Microsoft applications, and be able to type 40 wpm.
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
- Must have the ability to use the office equipment such as fax machine and copier.
- Must be Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) in order to assist all employees/clients.
