Our automotive and tire center has an opening for an experienced service writer/manager in the Brockton, MA area. This is an excellent opportunity for those who have prior automotive management and retail experience and enjoy working with the public.

Green Auto Plus is a 12 bay repair shop and 6 bay body shop, previously Champion Lincoln Dealership looking for a Mechanic/Service Manager to join our team. Previous automotive service managerial experience is a MUST. We are looking for the right candidate with a vision of success to take us to the next level. The Automotive Service Manager helps lead a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional value and satisfaction to our customers continuously. This candidate will also help, plan, train, lead and monitor the performance of service advisors, service technicians, and support staff to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives. This management position is responsible for the service operation, which includes both the employee experience as well as the experience for our customers and running a successful operation, which includes the development of talent and the overall production and profitability of the department.

Responsibilities will include:

• Advice, guide, and plan for team members to attain financial goals and company standards
• Produce an environment that is conducive to managing daily workflow effectively and efficiently
• Utilize pricing parameters and strategies to generate profit
• Interview, hire and mentor service advisors and technicians.
• Advance manufacture relationships to promote our product and services

Qualifications:

• Five years of automotive managerial experience
• Successful track record with a service experience
• Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Day range:

• Weekend availability

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
