Summary
The Assistant Manager at Prenlyn Automo ve will assist and support the Store Manager and Technicians in the success of the store, driving volume in cars and sales while ensuring the quality of work that customers of our 30+ loca ons have come to know and expect.

Prenlyn you will work closely with your Store Manager and District Manager on sales, opera ons and growth.

Responsibili es:

Sales

● Build repair es mates based on technician’s recommenda ons
● Present op ons to the customer, overcoming objec ons as needed
● Price jobs correctly and limit discoun ng to hit gross margins goals
● A ain weekly, monthly and yearly targets
● Ensure technicians are following all inspec on & safety procedures
● Keep shop payroll within company budget
● Do whatever it takes to say “yes” to every customer

Opera ons

● Bay management
● Sourcing required parts for repair orders
● Ensure the image of the staff, interior & exterior meet company standard
● Accounts receivable and payable
● Inventory management
● Staffing & schedule management
● Enforcing company policy and guidelines
● Managing technician training and development

Requirements
- 2 + Years of sales experience (Preferable automotive related)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
- 2 + Years of customer service experience (Required)
- Strong technical background preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
