Responsibilities/ Duties (included but not limited to)
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain customer's concerns and any other relevant vehicle information.
- Serve as communicator between customer and technician, ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and ability to communicate the needed service/repairs are understood by the customer.
- Prepare repair orders.
- Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. GM experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Multi-tasker
- Familiarity with CDK Dealer Software is a plus but not necessary.
- Bilingual is a plus
