We are looking for experienced Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Plus if you know the Jeep Wave. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs.

SCHEDULE: 5 Days on, 2 off weekends required

COMPENSATION: Commission*, earn up to $60-$120K+ per year. *unless paid hourly when commission is less), no cap on commission! Unlimited potential. Sky's the limit!

Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Preferred previous sales experience in an automotive dealership but willing to train a candidate with strong sales experience
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Must be 18 years of age, have a valid and insurable driver's license.
