Summary

The IT Systems Support Analyst is a staff position within the IT group accountable for ensuring continuity of computer system services. IT monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.

Position will be working with various technology’s including but not limited to: Active Directory, VPN, VLANs and Switching, firewalls, network monitor systems, enterprise management software, Desktops, laptops, tablets, multi-media devices, enterprise servers, cloud services, Office 365, WAN, Routing protocols, Virtualization, VOIP, Windows server, Linux server, etc. The IT group acts as a liaison to all departments ensuring the whole company runs smoothly.

Essential Duties

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests though a helpdesk system
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• User account maintenance
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Training colleagues
• Maintaining and creating system and process documentation
• Other functions as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• IT System support experience
• Preferred Comp TIA A+ or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
