Sheehy Auto stores is seeking an Inventory Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with the sales management team ensure that all vehicles on the premises are well-maintained, in the correct location, and secured. We are looking for an energetic individual with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control of all in-stock new and used car inventory
• Control of all display vehicles and display area, detailing of display vehicles
• Take photos of used vehicles for website display
• Control of Dealer Exchanges
• Control of Dealer Demo/loaner car inventory and monthly asset reporting
• Assist with snow removal during winter months
• Assist with monthly vehicle inventory count

Requirements

• Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-Motivated with a strong work ethic
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and sense of urgency to obtain results on a consistent basis
• High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
• Must have a valid driver's license
