You will be responsible for the service department and service customer experience from start to finish. Our talented group of technicians and advisors are excited for a strong manager to join our team and continue to grow our shop.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and optimizing a consistent process for customers that exceeds our high expectations
- Leading and coaching a strong service advisor team to serve our customers and our team
- Courtesy Transportation vehicles and process
- Warranty processing and managing a clean work in process
- Technician Recruiting
- Pricing for all labor operations
- Service Marketing and promotions (in tandem with our BDC manager and marketing director)
- Reconditioning used vehicles (in tandem with our used vehicle manager)
- Parts availability (in tandem with parts manager)
- Shop efficiency, condition, and cleanliness (in tandem with our shop foreman)
Your qualifications:
- 5+ years managing a retail automotive service business
- General Motors experience highly valuable
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $120,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
