Join the Maintenance & Reliability Team at our Caseyville Prepared Foods plant.
Tyson is currently in the process of expanding our operations in Caseyville with an $181 million dollar investment to add 7 new state of the art production lines to our current 4 production lines. FREE EDUCATION AND PAY UP TO $52.40 PER HOUR.
With automated warehousing and robotics at the heart of this expansion the facility will be a Flagship of the Prepared Foods division. The facility currently produces Jimmy Dean and Hillshire branded retail products and the expansion will further develop our capabilities.
This is a great opportunity to join the team now and have input and influence on the installation and start-up of this equipment.
In addition, we offer a $2500 SIGN ON BONUS* - *$1,250 paid out after 90 days of fulltime employment, additional $1,250 paid out after 180 days.

SUMMARY:
This position requires proficiency in the following areas; read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints; electrical troubleshooting; PLC programming and troubleshooting; read and interpret various measuring devices such as gauges, calipers, indicators and micrometers;
REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Training beyond high school including either an Associate
(A.S.) degree in Automation and/or Electronics Technology (or closely related technical
field), or a combination of education and experience which may include
skilled trades programs or military training.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a related field; industrial automation experience required; electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance experience required.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; must have strong skills in
document organization, the use of technical materials, and research
techniques. Must either be proficient or become proficient in SAP
Maintenance.
Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate verbally and in
writing with all team members.
Supervisory: N/A
Travel: As needed.
