Primary Purpose
Provide superior customer service while selling quality new, certified, and pre-owned vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:
- To provide an outstanding customer experience through preparation, attitude, and teamwork.
- Build relationships to create customers for life
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Point out vehicle highlights and take customers on test drives
- Quote accurate payments options to customers
- Follow up with customers to obtain referrals and repeat business
- Assist customers with all aspects of vehicle ownership
- Maintain and update customer information in company databases
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a clean driving record and valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sales/retail sales preferred
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to pass manufacturer tests
- Selected candidate must be able to perform all job functions, including: bending, standing, lifting, and reaching
