Auto Parts Consultant
Are you interested in starting a career in the Automotive Industry?
Davidson Auto Group is looking for the next great member of our dynamic team.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Order, check in and dispatch parts to technicians
- Bill parts on repair orders
- Unload truck deliveries
- Update estimating software to reflect parts activity
- Assist the parts department staff with day-to-day operations
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist in daily shipping / receiving duties
- Assist in quality inventory control
- Occasional Saturday or evening may be required
- Track and schedule required factory training
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Skills:
- Previous Automotive Parts knowledge a plus, but not required
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and walk up and downstairs throughout shift
- Must be self motivated
- Customer Service oriented
- Personable with a positive can do attitude
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Able to work through conflicts
- Problem solving mentality
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Must have computer knowledge Microsoft Excel experience a plus.
- Valid driver's license, required
- Eligible candidate must be at least 18 years of age
