Auto Parts Call Center Representative
Job description
Nolt's Auto Parts is looking for customer-oriented call center representatives. The call center parts specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service by suggesting selling, qualifying customer needs, assisting with product selection and availability, and closing the sale. The call center parts specialist is a team player who is highly focused on customer service and works to exceed customer expectations. A strong background in auto parts is recommended.
