A rare opportunity exists at Sun Motor Cars for an Estimator/CSR at our Collision Center. We are a large multi-brand certified state of the art facility. We are looking for someone with an insurance or collision center production background, preferably with CCC and CDK experience. A vehicle appraisers license is preferred. Experience with high end German vehicles and electric cars preferred. I-car, paint and vehicle manufacturer training is a plus.

Job duties include preparing estimates in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, participating in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle, communicating supplements to insurance companies, consulting with management regarding new equipment in the industry.

Candidate will be a team player with leadership skills. Math, reading and software skills as well as the ability to learn new technology is required. We expect candidates to have a commitment to quality work and the desire to work in a team environment. You will be communicating with clients, greeting guests, making calls and answering phones, working with sublet vendors, rental agencies and tow vendors. Ability to multi-task is a must.
