In your new role you will:

• Lead the technical support network for Infineon's Automotive business into the Distribution Market
• Prioritize and Support Joint Account key design-in opportunities in coordination with Segment Teams
• Manage direct and in-direct resources to provide training , tools and collateral for customers, partners and web
• Manage team performance and development to achieve growth and annual goals
• Work with team of 3 direct HC presently, additional HC expected in 2 years and indirectly coaching several other FAE's
• Lead the enablement activities for ATV expansion in Core and MM though managing technical support, training and collateral development.
• collaborate with all applications Segment, DEM Team and Rep Firms
• Exec management focus to expand and scale our technical support network both physically and digitally in order to grow profit/revenue
• Develop key senior management and executive relationships with targeted customers to enable greater relationship and business collaboration

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Managing technical marketing and support within a matrix organization
• 7-10 years of experience in the role
• Proven expertise in Automotive key technologies (esp. Microcontroller and Power)
• Experienced leader and manager of FAE and Product experts
• Comfortable working with customers, management, functional teams
• Excellent communicator
