You will represent our clients in legal proceedings such as hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations. You will be required to have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to think quickly on your feet, and have a comprehensive understanding of the law. You will serve as a highly knowledgeable and experienced advisor to our clients, ensuring that their cases are handled in a smooth and professional manner. Furthermore, you will provide clients with the best possible advice and action plans that will help them achieve the results they need. Your work will help our firm continue to provide outstanding legal services to our clients.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of litigation experience - First Party Property Damage experience is a plus.
- Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
- Super negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
