Marc J. Bern & Partners LLP represents clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, construction accident, defective product, dangerous medication, consumer fraud, and product liability cases across the US. We have handled numerous high-profile cases, including involvement in cases securing in excess of 3 billion in settlements and awards. Our Chicago office, in the Loop close to CTA, is seeking an Attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join our collaborative, flexible work environment.

Requirements - Attorney

• Chicago Licensed Attorney
• 0-3 Years of experience
• Prior personal injury is preferred and this is a litigation-based practice focusing mostly on injury caused by exposures to toxic substances in the workplace.
• Case load is primarily in Cook County but travel, including out-of-state, is required. COVID-19 precautions are taken

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
