Duration: 6 Months+
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with SEC filings, including proxy statement, Form 10Q/K, Section 16 filings, including research and benchmarking
- Assist with annual meeting preparation
- Support governance requirements for subsidiary legal entities
- Preferred local to Riverwoods, with expectation of coming on-site as needed (e.g. annual meeting preparation)
Required:
- Seasoned junior attorney; 5+ years relevant experience in board governance and SEC matters
- Experience with proxy statement filings and other SEC filings, annual meeting, knowledge of NYSE rules, subsidiary licensing requirements
Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Full-time
Pay: $85.00 - $88.00 per hour
