We are currently looking for an experienced licensed attorney to join our attorney staff. We’ve been at this for more than 42 consecutive years. Compensation will be commensurate with your experience.
DESCRIPTION:
We service business, tax and estate planning needs. This includes mergers, sales and purchases. We also advocate for taxpayers in related civil and criminal litigation. Exceptional research, advocacy and the ability to review/proof entity and individual federal tax returns and financial statements are a must.

SOFTWARE: You must be skilled with technology and possess a high-level proficiency at WordPerfect / Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, and ATX software and electronic research.

- Experience with IRS financial disclosures including 433-A and 433-B, understanding and helping contribute to the review of IRS examination reports relating to 1040, 1120, 1120S and/or 1065 returns,
- The ability to contribute to our work in helping clients choose and plan entity structure for business and tax planning including choices between LLC’s, Corporation, S Corporation, Partnership, in tax planning corporation and S corporation elections, late elections, conversions and Built-in-Gains tax.
- Coordinate, work with, and supervise other associated professional working projects with our office.
- You must have no adverse claims against you or know of adverse claims that could be brought against you or your professional insurance carrier.
- You must be bondable.
