Looking for an Experienced Attorney who has experience handling New York Workers' Compensation claims. Salary commensurate with experience. Please do not apply if you do not have experience.
Responsibilities:
- The attorney should be responsible and ready on day 1 to handle hearings and depositions.
- A hard worker who can handle A to Z of Worker's Compensation practice, including handling hearings.
- Has knowledge of Section 32s, settlements, appeals, and depositions.
Qualifications:
- Should have strong organizational skills.
- With the ability to multi-task successfully.
- Being bilingual is a plus.
