GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Under general supervision, but following established policies and procedures, as well as all applicable banking laws and regulations, including BSA and AML, operation, and maintenance of the company's network of Automated Teller Machines (ATM's). Keeps the ATM Manager updated regarding his/her area of responsibility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for the maintenance of all ATMs in the current fleet and keeps up with the installation of all ATM parts. This duty is performed daily, about 35% of the time.
2. Maintains and updates a database on all ATM sites: includes site name and location, owner name and contact numbers, NCR model, customer and serial numbers, site hours and security lease. Keeps management informed regarding any change of site name, location, model, serial number, site hours, security lease, etc. This duty is performed daily, about 25% of the time.
3. Maintains a professional and courteous demeanor with all customers (internal and external). This duty is performed daily, about 25% of the time.
4. Keeps informed of the latest developments in ATM networks and systems (ADA, Skimming Devices, Security updates, fraudulent devices). This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time.
5. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 7 to 11 months related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. is required.
