Job Description

Asst. Manager / Manager - Talent Acquisition, Data Centers

Responsibilities
  • Developing long-term recruitment strategies
  • Manpower planning and budgeting
  • Coordination with business Unit heads to identify staffing needs
  • Sourcing potential candidates through various channels
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Compensation fitment of selected candidates, offer of appointment
  • Ensuring faster hiring of high calibre talent
  • Background verification
  • Onboarding
  • Create strong talent pipelines for Data Centre business’s current and future hiring requirements.
  • Improving hiring experience of candidates and pre-joining engagement
  • Employer branding initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in Data Centre / IT organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within Data Centre business and their skills and competencies requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have Full Time Post Graduation / MBA in Human Resource specialization with a first-class academic record and 4 to 10 years of relevant experience from Data Centers / IT Industries. Graduate in Engineering (Computer Science / Electronics / Communication or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

Candidates must be willing to work at Mumbai. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, and will not be a constraint for deserving candidates.
