Vergennes Animal Hospital is in search of the right full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our experienced 4 doctor team.

The position offers a 4 or 5 day work week, depending on the applicant's desired schedule and caseload. Our current hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no after hours on-call or emergency shifts. We work with multiple referral and emergency hospitals in the area to provide advanced care as needed for our patients.

We are looking for a candidate who works well with others, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our team of doctors emphasize the value of lifelong learning, and appreciate the importance of an atmosphere that encourages discussion and provides mentorship for recent graduates.

Vergennes Animal Hospital is a well-established four doctor practice with 80 years of service to the surrounding community, providing exceptional care in general medicine, surgery, dentistry, ultrasound and acupuncture. Our recently expanded facility includes an in-house laboratory, digital radiographs, and a dedicated dental suite with digital dental radiographs.
