• Intake materials from business partners with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
• Perform quality control on work coming into and leaving the team for both new and changing products, for both PL and BL lines.
• Experience with SERFF, preferred.
• Responsible for routine reporting and low complexity project work.
• Supports and mentors more junior team members (document technicians) as needed.
• Actively participates in both process improvement recommendations and execution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of rate, rule and form filing processes requirements and regulations in all assigned jurisdictions for all assigned lines of business
• Knowledge of property casualty insurance operations, products and services
• Well developed written and oral commination skills, excellent organization and negotiation skills and strong computer skills and knowledge as normally obtained through a Bachelor`s degree or equivalent, plus 6 months to 2 years of related experience
