Job Description:
The Associate Sales Representative (Capital) position will work closely with our capital and clinical sales teams to advance strategic initiatives for Greenfield pipeline development and advancement within an assigned territory. You will receive in-depth training and exposure to the capital sales process for robotic technology, while establishing professional relationships with physicians and key personnel within the specialty of clinical cardiac electrophysiology.

NOTE:_ This position must be located in a major city in the Northeast US (e.g. DC, Boston, NYC , etc.)_
What you will learn:

  • Analyze markets for strategic targeting.
  • Understanding the history, present and future landscapes for both Electrophysiology and Stereotaxis.
  • The ability to articulate the mechanism of action, differentiation, and the fundamental strengths of robotic navigation.
  • Foundational understanding of the protocols for selling products within healthcare facilities.
  • The stages and sales process for medical devices (capital and operational).
  • Managing CRM database through Salesforce.com.
  • Build strong networks through relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and industry partners.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant business experience highly desired.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience is preferred.

Work environment:

  • Frequent travel is required, can be up to 80%.
