Gentle Dentistry has a terrific opportunity for an Associate Dentist in our Edina clinic. We are an 11-clinic group that lives by our mission to do whats right for our patients, our employees, and our communities. Our beautiful Edina clinic is in a great area that continually attracts new patients.
The current schedule is four-days per week, but we are flexible. No nights or weekends! If you want to pick up a fifth day in Edina or another of our clinics, you certainly can.
This clinic provides the opportunity for great earning potential. Compensation is based on a percentage of production; however, we are willing to be flexible and provide a guarantee to start. In addition, we offer a full range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with a company match, long and short-term disability, life insurance, plus other options.
At Gentle Dentistry, we take care of you so you can take care of our patients, treating each one with autonomy to determine what is their best dental option, while building relationships and trust one smile at a time. Free CE courses and other professional growth opportunities are available, including the support network within our company from our headquarters team to your fellow doctors. As a small DSO, we are the happy medium between private practice and corporate practice.
