Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, a mid-sized and rapidly-growing law firm with offices in Broomfield, Denver, Longmont, and Loveland, has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney in our Elder Law, Trusts and Estates practice group doing both transactional and litigation work. Knowledge of probate law, tax, court rules, and Medicaid long-term care regulations helpful but not required as you will otherwise learn on the job under the supervision of lead counsel. 0-3 years of experience is preferred for this position. The ideal candidate will have strong legal analysis and writing skills, an enthusiastic desire to learn, and feel comfortable assisting in contested matters, including in Court proceedings and in communications with opposing parties and counsel. The ideal candidate will further have the ability to set priorities and adapt to change while managing multiple projects.

This position is a hybrid-option position. You will have the option to work remotely a couple of days per week or in-office as you prefer.

Qualifications: JD from ABA accredited law school and admission to Colorado State Bar or pending application for admission required

Compensation/Benefits:

· Salary: $30.00 - $52.00 per hour depending on experience with potential to increase after 90-day probationary period.
