Central Penn College is seeking an Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach for the upcoming season. Central Penn College is a member of the USCAA and Eastern States Athletic Conference that competes on a national level for small colleges. This position oversees all aspects of the women's soccer program and is committed to adhering to all rules and regulations of Central Penn College, the athletic department, and the USCAA. The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the head coach with monitoring the academic progress of the women's soccer student athletes in addition to recruiting high school and transfer students for the soccer program and maintaining a healthy roster size. This role will also coordinate with the planning of the program schedule, facilities, games and events. This is a part time, seasonal position.
Qualified candidates must have:

• Previous college or high school coaching experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Previous college soccer playing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting student athletes is a plus, but not required.
• Valid PA driver’s license.
