Job Description - Assist Residential manager in providing on-site support and monitoring of all policies and procedures related to direct care services to individuals

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide direct services to residents establish consistent routines related to ADL’S, physical fitness, health care, and community connections
• Develop and deliver group instruction to residents
• Support residents in social and recreational activities
• Support residents in keeping house common areas safe and clean
• Prepare healthy meals
• Work with interdisciplinary care team to support residents

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check
• Experience working with special needs populations and with Disability Determination Services procedures and regulations preferred.
• Strong communication skills
• Strong behavior management skills
• Ability to physically intervene if resident poses risk to themselves or others
• Will attain MAP certification for medication administration.

Pay: $39,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
