The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:


  • Complete financial statements spreading and analysis by addressing industry risks, credit analysis, and assisting with loan prefights and presentations.
  • Analyze personal tax returns, to determine global cash flow, personal financial statements, and real estate schedule to calculate net worth and liquidity
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with applicable departments and multiple relationship managers.
  • Support underwriters and lending teams with a variety of supporting request related to the loan process.
  • Communicate with internal partners in both verbal and in written form with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Assist in monitoring loan pipelines, proactively pursue, and resolve documentation issues to help speed the underwriting process.
  • Maintaining and updating multiple loan systems.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or other related field and 2+ years of banking, relationship management, underwriting and credit experience or other directly related experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Knowledge of various types of loans, credit analysis, spreading and analyzing financial statements, risk analysis, credit scoring, loan documentation, etc.
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, policies, procedures, and regulations. Solid credit skills in underwriting, financial modeling, valuations, and adherence to policy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines. Must have solid communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of various software applications including word processing and spreadsheets.
