Job description
We are seeking a professional who is responsible for managing projects from start to finish. The Associate Project Manager working in our organization will have the opportunity to work closely with other project managers and other departments in order to understand the goals of multiple projects and execute accordingly. A successful candidate for this role must have expertise with project management software, strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of the company's specific needs. Must have 2 years of experience in construction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in the organization and planning of the project.
- Lead team member with a great attitude.
- Report project status.
- Be able to assist in material takeoff and material purchasing.
- Assist in field measuring and layout.
- Be able to create sketches.
- Attend weekly EOS meetings.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- 2 years of construction experience a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
