Job Description Summary

Assistant Market Manager (B2C Rental Services)

Sunbelt’s Assistant Market Manager, Consumer Services is empowered to build sales pipeline, so we can make it happen for our customers.

The Assistant Market Manager, Consumer Services is responsible for ensuring operational excellence of the Tool Rental Fulfilment Center (TRFC) supporting the Retail Service Centers (RSC) within their assigned territory. This role will help oversee showroom activities and the customer’s transactional and training experience at the TRFC and ensure that the team members are creating an exemplary customer experience ensuring brand loyalty. The Assistant Market Manager will operate as a support role to the Market Manager.

Occasional local and Regional travel required.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industry
Must be able to travel infrequently within the market
Operations Management experience or related retail management experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

Supervisory skills
Knowledge of construction equipment required
MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system
Business, technical acumen, and analytical skills
Project management

Base Pay Range: $66,990.00 - 92,111.80
