Our company is hiring for EXPERIENCED assistant managers to oversee our expansion and marketing initiatives in South Plainfield, NJ. You will be responsible for generating leads as well as managing a team of Brand Ambassador's in your assigned territory. Our ideal candidate is hard working, charismatic, outgoing, friendly, professional, positive, engaging, well spoken, able to lead a team, works well with others, goes above and beyond when given direction and is looking for GROWTH within our division. We are currently staffing 60 stores and execute 400+ events a year. We have just signed a new contract to staff 220 additional stores. Our division is expanding into 8 additional states that our company services; we will have promotion opportunities and paid relocation packages available as our new territories launch. Campaign Details:
-Indoor Retail Stores (BJ's Wholesale Club, Lowes)
-Outdoor Marketing Events (Home Shows, Festivals, Car/Boat Shows, Food Festivals etc)
-$20 Hourly base pay + bonuses
-PAID Training
-Overrides on your team's production
-Monthly/Quarterly market bonuses
-Company iPad issued for work use
-Paid company travel opportunities (Flights booked, hotels booked, meal reimbursement)
Requirements:
-Available to work weekends
-18+ in age
-Reliable Transportation to work
-Eligible to work in the US
-Marketing experience a plus
-Management experience a plus
-Multi-lingual a plus
-Renewable energy experience a plus
-Retail marketing prior a plus
-Expo experience a plus
Education: Associates Degree or higher
